- Is the Free plan really free?
- Yes. One active event type, one public booking link, calendar sync — free, forever, no credit card. The booking page shows a small 'Powered by Hey Isla' badge.
- What's the AI email scheduler?
- CC meet@heyisla.com on any email thread and Hey Isla reads the conversation, finds a time that works for everyone, and sends the invite. Available on Pro and above.
- How does per-seat pricing work?
- You pay for each user on your team that needs their own booking page. A Pro plan with three users is $36/month. Cancel anytime — we don't charge for partial months.
- Can I switch plans?
- Yes. Upgrade or downgrade from your account settings any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at your next billing cycle.
- What payment methods do you accept?
- All major credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay via Stripe. Enterprise customers can pay by invoice.
- I'm an existing user — am I being moved to a new tier?
- No. If you signed up before pricing changed you're grandfathered to your current price and feature set. You'll see a banner on the upgrade page confirming your legacy plan.
- Do you have a free trial of paid plans?
- Sign up free, use it as long as you like, upgrade when you need the paid features. We don't believe in time-limited trials — start small and grow.
